LOCATION

Dandelion Art Studios are located on a quiet street near Cleveland Dam in North Vancouver. There is plenty of parking on premises and on the street. The bus stop is just a block away. A strip mall is only 3 blocks away.

TERMS OF USE

Studios can be used on a long- or short-term basis and are open 7 days a week from 7 am to 10 pm. They can also be shared with a friend as long as just one person shows up at any given time.  

Mentoring and guidance are included and available. I am happy to teach, give tips, critique work, help with the process as little or as much as preferred.

INCLUDED

There are 3 studios on the premises. Each studio includes access to:

• a lounge room, with a fireplace, a comfy couch, microwave, tea kettle etc.

• 2 washing stations, 1 bathroom and storage space

• a large outdoor space for those who like to paint in the garden

• walls/gallery space to display artwork

• windows providing natural light and large track lighting to work at night  

• all kinds of tools, painting gadgets, mixed media materials, tape, buckets, containers, rags, soap for brushes etc.

• floor and table easels, tables, chairs, stools, shelves are available at no cost
