capetown doodle

On the plane from Johannesburg to Capetown I got served a small meal. A little sweet candy was served in a cute cardboard box. I, of course ate the candy. I played with the box and carefully opened it. The unique creases and the shape the unfolded box revealed, caught my interest. I’m my purse I had a pen, I started doodling, but the plane landed before I could finish. Two days later, at the hotel in Capetown, I finished the doodle drawing. I named it CAPETOWN because it conveys the many roads, adventures and encounters I will have on this trip through South Africa, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia.
